But perhaps firstly you would probably like to know if the therapy is for you at all. We recommend that you book a session of Wellness Acupuncture (£30) to get an idea of what's involved in facial acupuncture in general. Whilst the protocols used are not the same and Cosmetic Acupuncture would use around three time as many needles, nonetheless this first session would  allow you to find out how your react to acupuncture needles, how you feel after acupuncture session, if you feel comfortable in the setting and with your therapist and if you want to commit to several sessions of this natural rejuvenation treatment.

If you are happy to go ahead, than please book your first session, which will take 1-1.5h and will include initial consultation, your first facial acupuncture session and a demonstration of gum sha, facial cupping and jade stoner roller treatment.

How often should I do Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture?

​

The recommended treatment plan for most clients is 6x weekly sessions; then fortnightly or monthly maintenance sessions. If your skin condition is particularly bad than twice-weekly sessions may be recommended. For younger patients, as a prevention fortnightly sessions should be sufficient.
